Consists of one set of ram type driving
mechanism, two sets of motor kinetic tank for oil pump, one oil box, which has
simple structure to install and is wildely used in navigation zone of inland
rapid flowing river, normal navigation zone, and for sea ship. When use for
navigation zone of inland rapid flowing river, the steering gear, specification
below 16kn·m, is added an extra pressure accumulator or a set of manual
emergency pump for emergency steering control; specification above 16kn·m,add
an extra set of DC motor pump unit for emergency, to comply with CCS rules.
Control mode of this steering gear series
includes direct control of hand-operated direction valve, direct control of
steering mechanism, electronic control, pump control and etc. Electronic and
pump control can be used together with any form of autopilot and follow-up
pilot.

steering gear (four cylinders with twin piston and one tiller type)The
reciprocating and ram type electro-hydraulic steering gear series consists of
two sets of reciprocating and ram type rudder mechanism, two sets of motor
kinetic tank for oil pump, one reserve tank. Control mode, including electronic
control, pump control, can be used together with any form of autopilot or
follow-up pilot. To meet cunstomer's requirement, two sets of rudder mechanism,
can be used together or separately. One of which fails to
work, can be used separated to ensure normal
work of steering control. It is widely used for ships with high safety
performance such as large ship, oil tanker, liquefied-gas carrier, chemical
tanker and etc.

Consists of one set of rudder mechanism
with two piston type of cylinders, two sets of oil pump units, one reserve
tank, one electric control station. To finish procedure of steering control,
rotate steerting switch of solenold valve in wheel house, though steering
mechanism controls hydraulic oil to cylinder
access, thereby rudder blades work. When
power is failure, steering mechanism can be used to complete emergency steering
control. It is widely used in navigation zone of inland rapid flowing river,
normal zone, and for fishing vessel or small size if sightseeing lunch.
The linked cylinder type electro-hydraulic
steering gear series consists of one set of rudder mechanism with two piston
type of cylinders, two oil pump power units, one reserve tank. One set of
emergency pumps, pressure accumulator or DC motor pump unit is added for using
in navigation zone of inland rapid flowing river, to comply with CCS rules.

The linked cylinder type electro-hydraulic
steering gear (four cylinder) consists of one rudder mechanism with four piston
type of cylinder, two sets of motor kinetic tanker of oil pump, one reserve oil
tank. Control modes, including electronic and pump control, can be used
together with any form of autopilot and follow up pilot. Four cylinders can be
used together or in couples. One of which fails to work, can be separated to
ensure normal work of steering control. It is widely used for ships with high
safety performance such as large ship, oil tanker, liquefied-gas carrier,
chemical tanker and etc.
Rotary
vane electro-hydraulic steering gear
Consists of one set of rotary vane type of
rudder mechanism, two sets of motor units of oil pump, one reserve oil tank. It
has features of firm structure, minimum space occupation, easy installation,
which maximum rudder turning angle is ±65° .Its control modes, including electronic,
pump control, can be used together with any form of autopilot and follow-up
pilot. Rotary vane steering gear does make navigation through narrow straits
safer, because of the vessel increased manoeurablity and improved control when
docking.
The rotary vane principle also ensure a
constant torque through the steering sequence, providing the steering gear with
maximum power output, the unique technical solutions ensure very low noise and
vibration level
The compact and simple design reduce weight
and secures fact, easy installation of steering gear. The actuators are mounted
directly on rudder stock, without necessary use of key, facilicating easier
assembly and dismantling of rudder stock. The rudder torque is transmitted by
hydraulic coupling or by expansion rings.

In order to meet the requirements of
special ships on the steering gear, after special research and test, produce a
type steering gear can overcome two rudder inner and outer resistance
difference, in the whole operating process in synchronized state, a synchronous
servo mechanism that the connecting rod does not need; the synchronous state
same as us a connecting rod and avoids the defects by connecting rod. The
electric hydraulic control synchronous servo, performance than the previous
control synchronization is much superior; applicable to catamaran, wide boat.
The synchronous steering gear can accept
autopilot control, such as asynchronous steering, can have state of same
direction with asynchronous and different direction with asynchronous
manipulation. Can instead azimuth thruster function. Can be used in the marine
engineering ship tugboat, catamaran, dynamic positioning.
Synchronous steering gear has 24V electric
operation, steering handwheel operation and emergency steering handwheel three
ways. By a set of hydraulic pump station to provide power to drive the four
cylinders two steering gear.
