YWC Series 15ppm oil water Separator is a
kind of environmental protection product designed based on International
Maritime Organization IMO MEPC.107(49) standard, the oil content in effluent
water ≤15ppm. This separator is the high- tech newest product which can
effectively dispose all kinds of fluids in bilge water including fuel oil,
high-density residual oil and emulsion mixture combined with black ferric oxide
and surfactant.
The device has compact structure, small
volume, light weight, compact structure, strong processing capability, reliable
performance, operation and maintenance, etc.. The discharged water discharged
after this device is fully comply with the relevant provisions of the
International Maritime Association (IMO) MEPC.107 (49) resolution.

Working
principle
1, the sewage pump will be sent oil water into
separator, through diffusion nozzle, the large particles of oil droplets that
are floating in the top of left set oil chamber
2, with small oil drops sewage into the
next part of corrugated plate coalescence device, in this part polymerization
of oil droplets into larger oil droplets to the right set oil chamber
3, the oil droplets containing smaller
particles through the fine filter, out of water impurities, in order to enter
the fiber polymer, so that small droplets of polymer synthesis large oil
droplets with water separation.
4, after separation, clean water through
the exclusion mouth outlet, the left and right sump oil through the solenoid
valve automatically excluded, and the fiber polymer filter out of the sewage, remove
by manual valve.
Working
conditions requirement
The marine oil water separator must meet
the following conditions.
1.The bilge water after treatment can meet
the emission standard;
2.In the case of inclined 15 degree can
still work properly;
3.Can automatically discharge oil.
At the same time, it is hoped that the
structure simple, small size, light weight, easy to overhaul.
Because usually the bilge water need to
deal is not much, so now use a small oil-water separator, the capacity is
generally 0.5~10t/h, usually with a 1~3t/h. The capacity of the bilge water separator
can be calculated according to the table.
The basic principle of separator is to
separate the oil from waste water by gravity filtration, condensation,
adsorption, turning and separation.
