Sewage treatment plant a dopts physical and chemical method to treat ship's domestic sewage.The sturcture type and technical performance of this device is designed and manufacture according to GJB2957-97 Marine sewage treatment system general specification. While satisfy the requirement of IMO resolution MEPC.159(55).This device has characteristics of small size,light weight and compact structure, especially suitable for small installation space room.
Sewage treatment plant is operated in a
full automatic control way and set up with alarm device. When the sewage load
in the tank is to show anomalous high water, the alarm device will have alarm
signal. This device is passive contact and can provide remote alarm signal.
The water discharging for this device meets
the IMO standard. The water discharge meets the international stipulated
discharging standard , and accords with the request of MEPC159(55) resolution
of international maritime organization on environmental committe and
international waste liquid discharge standard. The device flushing water is
applicable to clean seawater and fresh water.
Working Principle
First the sewage is input into the
treatment tank by the way of nature inflow. When the sewage in the tank up to
the middle level, the device begins in process operation, and the working time
controlled by PLC. At the time sewage with solid residue is repeated rush by
crushing pump in the tank, till the residue can pass the net. At the same time,
the washing water constantly flushes the net in order to prevent the solid
residue from being accumulated on the net and blocking the net. And through the
filter treated sewage from the flow pump life into a series of setting tank. In
the setting tank to slow down in , sinking of suspended solids in sewage.
Settlement of the sludge from the sludge return pump to send back to cabinet
from processing crushed recycling process. The treat sewage settling tank in a
series of gradually clarified, when the drawer of a clear liquid to the neutral
position, pump work. After the precipitation of liquid container delivered to
emissions ,until the setting tank until water level reaches low, pump
automatically stop working. When the clean liquid discharge cabinet to high
level, discharge pump work ,clean liquid treated by UV disinfection unit to
overboard discharge, emissions unit water level reaches low counter. Discharge
pump automatically stops working. Now begin to discharge backwash cabinet,
until the water level of discharge cabinet reach middle level, device start the
next stage working.
Marine Sewage Treatment Plant belongs to
the key devices for prevention of pollution form ships in seas. according to
the revised Annex IV of the International Convention of the Prevention of
Pollution (MARPOL 73/78).This device is applicable to treat the sewage, which
means wastes from the toilets on vessels and also called “black water”, to meet
the effluent standards of IMO. MEPC.159(55), and discharge
the effluent overboard .
The device be used in ship vessels and oil
platform. The water quality after treatment can reach the national reuse water
quality requirements. It is also applicable to treat the galley、shower
drainage which is called “grey water” on
condition that the “grey water” is pretreated and there should select a bigger
capacity model to match with.
This device has obtained Authorized Patent
and Practical new patent, meanwhile has been obtained the Type Approval of CCS
and IMO circular in April 2009, and it in February 2011 by German- Lloyd (GL)
type approval certificate MED made, while providing ABS, DNV, BV, RS and other
classification societies certificate.
Principle Description
This device adopts the principle of
Activated Sludge, Bio-contact Oxidation and Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR)
to digest organic pollutant. MBR can treat organic pollutant efficiently,
drastically and cleanly to ensure the effluent can meet the requirements of
resolution MEPC.159 (55) and other much hasher requirements.
